Terms of service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Cloud Services Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Team plan and 99.95% for the Enterprise plan, measured at the control-plane API. Service credits apply per the separately published Service Level Agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) send unsolicited commercial communications, or (d) interfere with the integrity of the platform or other customers' data.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in the SLA.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens the security of the platform or other customers.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
